I'm Angie. I am a CrossFit L2 Trainer and I've been doing CrossFit for about 15+ years at Cream City CrossFit in Milwaukee (Bay View), WI. Yes! There will NEVER be a perfect time because life happens. Learning the foundations will help you create sustainable habits so that you can maintain your goals long after the program is done. We aren't dieting, we are learning how to navigate life while achieving our goals at the same time no matter what might be going on in your life.
2. Do I have to exercise or belong to a gym to participate in this program?
The exercise is highly recommended in the program for best results, I will meet you were you are at and build from there.
3. What if I need more than 4 weeks?
You can continue on with coaching after the initial 4 weeks for as long as you would like coaching, guidance & accountability.
4. Do I have to buy special foods or supplements for this program?
